Q: Is my investment liquid, what If I need the cash right after I invest?
A: No, your money goes to to camp for the entire hold period, do not expect to tap into your principal during the hold period.
Q: What kind of real estate do I get access to?
A: We started with traditional multifamily apartments, typically 100+ units and have expanded to include other asset classes throughout the US in growth markets. In addition to multifamily, we are working to offer other classes such as;

A: We source our deals through our network of specialized fund managers. Together, we invite best-in-class real estate operators who are looking for capital ($1M+) for their deals. We, as a group, choose the best deals that we like, we run them through a 220-point list and present the ones to our investors that we like the most.
These opportunities are typically not available to the public, they are not advertised and only a select few people are aware of them to invest in.
Q: Can't I just go invest in FundRise or one of those other crowd source investing sites?
A: Sure, here's what you miss:

Q: You keep talking about tax savings, how does that work?
A: It's complicated and I am not a CPA or a tax attorney. However, it generally comes down to the fundamental problem that you earn income that is taxed at the highest federal rate.
To lower your taxes, you need to shift your income from ordinary or active income to passive income which is taxed as capital gains.
By doing so, you open a whole world of legal tax sheltering that is not available to you otherwise.
We discuss it in more detail within our program.
